Il 2° Rally Città di Ferriere è iniziato con la neve ed è finito peggio non solo per quanto riguarda le condizioni meteo ma anche a livello di concorrenti. Il secondo "Trofeo Pavone" domenica mattina ha visto presentarsi al semaforo verde in Piazza Miniera solo dodici equipaggi dei trenta iscritti. Sfogliando l'elenco iscritti spiccano anche tre piloti Teo Tic Racing. Tra le N2, che alla kermesse erano la maggioranza, spiccavano Giovanni Scagnelli navigato da Ottavio Perotti che già dal mercoledì prima della gara avevano deciso di non partire per problemi personali. Rimanendo in "ambito ritiri" troviamo anche Antony Taffurelli e il suo naviga Vincenzo Finotti con la Peugeot 106 FN1. ‹‹ Abbiamo deciso di non partire - ha detto Taffurelli pochi minuti prima dal via - c'è troppa neve e noi preferiamo non partire ›› .
