as citizens who still believe in justice in this country, earnestly ask you, which is the guarantee of the welfare Citizens and the Constitution, not to sign the law on wiretapping.
An unjust law, criminogenic, freedom. And therefore unconstitutional and detrimental to the rights of citizens.
A law which, while not a priority for our country, devastated by the economic crisis and problems far more urgent, was approved by Parliament at times inexplicably fast.
A law that imposes an unacceptable gag the press and lead to a merciless judiciary and the police in their daily fight against crime.
A law that affects a terribly sacred right of citizens to information, of expression and criticism. A freedom-
law that tightens the grip of censorship and also on information that amateur blogs - forum - social networks, vital in a democratic and liberal state.
A law-trap that dramatically reduces the number of interceptions and prevents their contents become public even if the suspects are aware.
A law that makes it more difficult unacceptable investigations of the Mafia and that forces prosecutors to no longer have any relationship with the press, on pain of exclusion from the process.
A law that, if signed, would have an irreparable effect on civil society.
