L 'affaire Lo Zito
Svolgendo alcune verifiche sulla documentazione amministrativo-contabile del comitato abruzzese presieduto dalla professoressa Maria Teresa Letta (Sister of the right arm of Silvio Berlusconi, Gianni Letta, and aunt of the deputy PD Enrico Letta), Marshal of the CRI was found anomalies of management. The military has done so to report immediately recognized as the top Red Cross and, later, to the prosecuting authorities of L'Aquila and Campobasso, and the Court of Auditors. According to the reconstruction of Marshall, 14 March 2008, the Central Committee of the Italian Red Cross, decided to send an inspection by the Administrative Board of Auditors only to see how much he complained. As is normal, has been produced all the documentation necessary to demonstrate the deficiencies noted. "I was - says The Zito - the signed money orders with no title by Prof. Maria Teresa Letta, although at present it has always been the figure of the Regional Director and an administrative officer authorized to this function. " The minutes of the statements made to Police, The Zito also said: "Luttazzi tried to get me to pretend to understand anything not to overstate the situation, we suggest to make me move to a place where I feel most comfortable."
The sergeant said that in view the documents, the three reviewers (Luttazi, Monaco and Suppa) detect abnormalities reported, but by then it was time for lunch. Luttazi is called by his colleagues to go out to eat. The invitation to lunch, I said Zito, is the same bed. Fabrizio Forconi, driver of the reviewers, felt by the police in this regard says: "I remember that at about 13:00, went with these people [Luttazzi, Monaco and Suppa ed] to lunch at a restaurant of L'Aquila. On that occasion, were at the restaurant on board by other means, including two women, showed nearly 60 years and another 40 or so, but I can not tell who they were. " Zito said that the auditors have returned to the committee at 15:00 informing him that given the late hour, had to return to Rome, but they would return within a few days. "To date Zito concludes-the-I do not have news of the inspection result. "
summer of that year, the sergeant gave an interview to the blog reporter Stefano Salvi (also sued on charges of multiple offenses), in which he describes as already stated to the police. On 12 July 2008 The Zito wrote the offending comment under the video interview and 17 October received the lawsuit, not for what she said, but for the phrases used. And to sue not only the three auditors were present at such inspection, but the entire college.
The story of the Italian Red Cross is a seasoned history of names and surnames that periodically si presentano nel panorama delle cronache italiane.
Il reato è quello di essere entrati, nel marzo del 2005 tramite Laziomatica computers in the computer system for a boycott of the Registry, by signing false names, the list of Social Alternative Alessandra Mussolini in regional Lazio. The name of the lawyer
Reboa then leads straight to another story in Sicily Red Cross, where we are witnessing the liquidation of a company in which Reno and President of the Board: the Si.Se SpA (Sicilian Emergency Services ), a company in the house of the Italian Red Cross (which owns 100% of its shares) was born in 2002 and holder of 118 in Sicily. What's Si.Se SpA presents itself as one of the great toys of the Red Cross under close observation by the Ministry of Economy and delle Finanze e della Corte dei Conti.
In 2005, the company also operates an intake illustrious is that of Salvatore Stefio, the man kidnapped in Iraq with Maurizio Agliana, Umberto Cupertino and Fabrizio Quattrocchi (who was killed) in 2004. On his return to Italy is ready a place in the Red Cross in tandem with his wife, despite his most important experiences you had at the "Presidium", a company that dealt with the security services of the same property partner Stephen and Giampiero Spinelli . The objective of the Presidium was the "spirit of resistance against those who threaten Western views of development and democracy." Of secure a good location for a character who calls himself a "security consultant. Nationalist and Christian, "not a" curriculum of staff employed by the Red Cross. Arrives at the intake of Si.Se. Someone speaks of "taking customers" as the president dell'Anpas - the association for public assistance - Emilio Pomo. Stefio will subsequently indicted by the prosecutor in Bari According to the charge nurse the new employee with the help of Giampiero Spinelli enlisted and sent to the Presidium of the Corporation three comrades in Iraq "so that military armed forces in favor of Anglo-American in contrast foreign armed groups. " All in exchange for money. The courts of Bari complained that the crime of "unauthorized weapons or enlistment in the service of a foreign state." Meanwhile, Salvatore Stefio continues his career at Si.Se. and will certainly do so until the end of the process, but the Red Cross of some characters do not make more noise regardless of their history. Suffice it to recall Paolo Pizzonia former member of NAR sentenced to six years for armed gang and other crimes, now the right arm of National Commissioner Rocca. The
Si.Se is now in liquidation and by June 1 should be replaced by Seus: the renewal of the whole and the change of anything, why waste the Si.Se unlikely to be contained by the new company that is a real goose that laid golden eggs. Seus also be added to the new hires at least 500 employees Si.Se. who will pass automatically to the new company without a public competition thus affecting that obligation of transparency, efficiency and legality, which should identify a body such as the Italian Red Cross. The staff Si.Se weighs in excess of the new company that from June 1 will take up the 118 on the island, as well as those 80 million that the National Commissioner of the Red Cross Francesco Rocca expects to collect from the region by the current councilor Russian health.
